We can now invite you to join us in our Racing Syndication. As soon as 30 shares have been taken we will purchase our first Greyhound. 30 more shares will enable our syndicate to purchase Greyhound number 2. Then 150 shares further shares will purchase our first Racehorse.

* Background

Owning a Race Horse or Greyhound can be very expensive for the average person.

It is becoming very popular therefore to form syndicates which may not be very profitable but can be very rewarding and Great Fun.

* Our Proposal

Char-lotte Racing Syndication
Of ‘5000’ shares at £100 each
Total value £500,000
To purchase Race Horses to value £250,000
And Racing Greyhounds to value £50,000

We will purchase up to 6 Race Horses that will give an all year round interest to both Flat and Jump enthusiasts plus up to 6 Racing Greyhounds. Maybe one Horse of ‘Classic’ potential and one or two Greyhounds good enough to enter the ‘Greyhound Derby’.

£200,000 will be set aside to pay for stabling / kennel and Vet fees. Obviously, with up to 12 Horses / Greyhounds running for the Syndicate, we are hopeful that there will be prize money won.

The £100 cost per share is a one off payment with NO extra costs. You may purchase as many shares as you wish, but be aware that there is no guarantee that the syndicate will make a profit and the share price / cost is non-returnable. However, it is hoped that after 3 years, during which time you would have had great fun following and part owning Racing Animals, there will have been a Profit made per share.

Hopefully the Dividend declared will cover your original payment plus a profit.

The progress of all Horses and Greyhounds owned by the syndicate will appear on this website together with breeding / family tree details and advice on future racing arrangements as well as pictures and videos.

* How to purchase your shares

Each share costs £100. Approximately 30 shares will purchase each Greyhound and 150 shares will purchase each Racehorse. You can purchase as many shares as you wish and there will be no extra costs.
